In this keynote, Sydney will explore themes surrounding queer community, queer kinship, and chosen family. Drawing from nir lived experiences surrounding mutual aid and queer joy, ney will discuss the importance of showing up and caring for one another in light of oppressive systems, and strategies for creating queer community spaces.

Drawing from nir lived experience as a non-binary person who uses neopronouns, Sydney will discuss what it means to challenge all forms of binaries and how to build spaces where we can live as our full, expansive selves.
