Training
Sydney is the Director and Founder of a company entitled RAINBOW Allyship, which provides education about the 2SLGBTQIA+ community (two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual +). Rainbow Allyship believes that education is the key to combating misinformation, creating safer spaces, and empowering people to become active allies, advocates, and accomplices within their communities.

Public Workshops
RAINBOW Allyship offers regular public workshops throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring of every year. These workshops are hosted through Zoom, meaning anyone can participate, regardless of location. Admission is by donation.
Workshops are generally held in “retreat days” on Saturdays and Sundays, though there are occasional evening programs.
